What do you look for while onboarding individuals or service organisations?
If you’d like to work with us as a facilitator we look for business and line management experience as well as a passion for learning and development and people as well as a core competency in facilitation skills.
Do REDD Network listed facilitators do work for other training companies and service providers?
Yes, absolutely. This platform is created to allow easy access to credible facilitators for anyone who would like to engage our services – from in-house roll-outs to consulting companies and more. Do reach out to us, we would love to work with anyone who has a requirement for our skills and expertise as facilitators.
What are Learning Journeys?
Learning Journeys are curated programs designed to guide participants through a structured learning experience aimed at skill development and career growth.
How long does a Learning Journey take?
The duration can vary depending on the program, but typically they range from a few weeks to several months.
Do Learning Journeys offer certificates?
Yes, upon successful completion, participants receive a certificate of achievement that can be added to their professional profiles.
What are Coaching Sessions?
Coaching Sessions are one-on-one or group sessions with certified coaches aimed at personalized professional development.
How can I book a Coaching Session?

Are the Coaching Sessions virtual or in-person?
Both options are available, depending on the coach and your location.
What types of Professional Development Programs are available?

Are there any prerequisites for joining a program?
We offer programs to people who are employed through their Business, HR or L&D teams.
Can my employer pay for my Professional Development Program?
Yes, absolutely. We only offer an open program for people who want to build facilitation skills. All our other programs are corporate programs.
What payment methods are accepted?
We usually prefer digital payments post a process of our Proforma Invoice being accepted and a Purchase Order or online confirmation on services. Post the program delivery (in some cases in advance) we will share an invoice with the bank transfer details.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 100% refund if our programs get a rating of below 4 out of a scale of 5. This is subject to have had adequate inputs for the program design and delivery.
Do you have online learning content
We are specialists in facilitator led programs. We only offer online and in-person facilitator led programs.

Yes, we adhere to strict data protection regulations to ensure your information is secure.
